This PC has taken longer to review than normal simply because not only did I have a PC to review but also the operating system it was installed with. Yes Vista is supplied with Evesham’s Solar MX100.
No longer satisfied with just controlling your cursor, the modern mouse has designs on your search and zoom facilities
Data in your pocket use to mean a floppy disk but now we have USB flash devices larger than my original hard drive.
Just because it is called a mouse, does not mean that this input device can not take on another shape.
My first hard disk had a capacity of 20MB which pales into insignificance when compared to the 750GB now sitting alongside my system.
Michael Fereday takes a television capture device on his travels but finds home is best.

This is a rather nice 20inch panel from LG. It has both analogue and digital connectors as well as some quite reasonable speakers built in. It also has a TV tuner.

It is small, combines male and female connections and could open up access to a blocked USB port.
For all those that remember IBM’s think pads and other great notebooks they are now in the hands of Lenovo. This offering I should have seen in May still eight months late it’s here.

My trusty laptop has recently been wearing a new suit of clothes as I check out a new carry case.
You tend to remember a product that was very good or very bad, my last Fujitsu Siemens notebook was definitely the former, so when another arrives it is met with much enthusiasm.

Some problems are not immediately obvious as happened with this particular device.
Like print speeds, data transfer rates sometimes promise more than they deliver as I discovered when testing some Netgear kit.
It is a sad tale that caused several problems and had me crawling about on the floor.

Nothing elicit this is an MP3 player with no buttons it is all controlled by touch and when switched off these controls are totally invisible.

The last time I looked at Saitek kit it involved speakers but this time it is a different type of beastie.
Play your ipod through your car radio via an FM channel. Still illegal in this country. But only just.
With USB dominating connectivity issues, extra ports will always prove useful.
