What we collect

GadgetSpeak is primarily a membership only site, individuals complete a registration process to become a member ("Member"). A number of the features of the site are only available to Members.

Registration involves providing a valid email address. No other personal information is required in order to obtain a membership account.

Members may also be encouraged at certain times to provide additional voluntary personal information about themselves including and we may get some information about you from any correspondence you enter into with us:

  • name and email address
  • geographic location so that we can tailor content to your region, including advertisements

Our basis for holding and using your data

GadgetSpeak is a membership site. We hold your data on a 'legitimate interest' basis in order to provide the service to members. We delete all information about you when you terminate your membership.
