A laser printer is often the best – and nearly always the quickest – for those requiring monochrome textural printout. This offering from Dell can be a USB or network printer.

As an inveterate labeller, I am always on the look-out for the means to improve on the basic pen and paper method. Could Brother help?
This printer has an extra that is becoming – slowly – more common, the ability to print onto CD’s and DVD’s. I do not mean on a piece of paper that you then stick onto the CD but direct onto the CD.

This is far more like what I would expect from Epson than the DX4000 I reviewed recently. The look, the output quality in fact the whole experience was lots better.

Small, neat and simple to install and use. These are just some of the attributes of the HP Laserjet 1022 mono laser printer.

As a MFU it not only prints, scans, copies but also for those who still require it can send and receive faxes. The latter is the difference between an MFU and a All In One.
A grey and shiny black box that prints, scans and copies, it’s an All In One that Epson calls an entry level model.
Having taken the photographs, why wait to see the printed results when portable printers are available.

After looking at a range of 15x10cm printers it’s nice to be back to an A4 offering that is quick, produces excellent output and can also print direct onto CD’s, alas it refuses to make the tea.
This 15x10cm printer can also be used to charge your camera and to transfer images to the PC. However with the optional battery it can print when away from mains power.
This is a 15x10cm photo printer, however it is very unlikely to be confused with any other manufacturers product on looks as it is certainly very distinctive in appearance.

I have reviewed several Canon small photo printers over the years, hear this one is perhaps the smallest ever, however this does not mean everything is perfect.
For a colour laser and a AIO (All In One) this is small in fact it fits under my desk in the same place that inkjets get reviewed. Often lasers – even mono – cannot fit in.

This is a six ink printer, it is by no means small – in fact many All In Ones are smaller – but despite the width and depth the lack of height can make it suitable for a strong shelf.
It’s a long time since I last reviewed a mono laser printer and for anyone who prints textual pages and does not need colour then this is a quick and efficient way of printing.
