For those of you who are regular readers, you may recall
my article about my DC04. Well, sadly after
over 4 years of service it finally died on the 8th January.
So off i went to my local electrical store and we decided to buy a
basic DC07 model with the Root8Cyclone action, which effectively gives
greater cleaning ability than any vacuum I have come across.
The DCO7 uses Dyson Root8 Cyclone technology to mantain
constant suction and pick up more dirt from your home. Ideal if you
want the most powerful Dyson upright using the latest technology.
After following the simple assembly instructions, of which one of the
parts is referred to as a wand, I was expectiong some Harry Potter
magic to weild its way around the carpets in my home.
And it didn't disappoint. In fact the suction is so strong, its quite
a job pushing it around the floor space!
As with all Dyson vacuums, the design has been greatly thought through,
and is all very easy to use. Even the attachment for cleaning the
carpets, has a hose long enough for many large staircases. I know that
sounds like an obvious design requirment, but you would be amazed at
how many vacuums you have to bring along with you on the staircase,
which is not very safe.
The cost of the Dysons may seem high, but its worth every penny.
