Lazy Turtle Games has released the follow up offering to its World Quest series. This latest addition to the series is sub-titled "Europe Trip" and features activities such as searching for Hidden Object items and completing Jigsaw puzzles. This Europe Trip will take you on a journey covering 15 different locations spread through countries such as Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, France, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Italy and the United Kingdom.
When playing this game you have the options to adjust its audio volume level plus select from a choice of Relaxed play or either a three or ten minute time limit to carry out searches. The game's action is spread over five pages that need to be completed in order. Each page will feature three Hidden Object scenes that can be played with the required list of items being shown in text, silhouette, jumbled letters or mirror format. Each of the three scenes has an allocation of three stars which can be earned by playing the Hidden Object operation using three of the varying methods of listing the required items.
There is also a fourth task which involves completing a Jigsaw puzzle. As with the Hidden Object scenes, the Jigsaw puzzle has three stars to be awarded. You will need to tackle the Jigsaw puzzle, using the same picture, three times with each attempt involving a different numbers of pieces used to product the image.
Once you have built up a store of seven stars you will have the appropriate entrance fee to move on to the next page and another location. Here you will find a similar arrangement of three Hidden Object scenes and another Jigsaw puzzle. You will need to restock your supply of stars in order to progress further into your European task.
While your forward progress will need seven stars for each progression, you have free access to move back to a previous page to tackle any tasks you might have left unfinished. Either working forwards or backwards you can tackle Hidden Object scenes in places such as Bruges, Cordova, London, Rye, the Alps, Prague, Piedmont, Lake Como, Lochaber, Seville, Zurich, Paris and Dijon.
Puzzle solvers can download World Quest 2 - Europe Trip from Gamehouse.com where it is priced at $9.99. It is also available from Big Fish Games priced at £7.47. The game requires a 1.0 GHz processor with 512MB of RAM and 337MB of hard disk space running Windows 7 and later.
