With its mixture of Hidden Object game play and puzzle solving challenges, AVI Games has added to its Sweet Home - Look and Find series which has now reached number 4.  This title, which is available in Collector's Edition format, displays its content in a Photo Album format.  This method depicts 12 different levels over a series of double page layouts.  Each of the depicted scenes will remain locked until the previous scene has been completed..  As a result you have little choice but to tackle the levels in a set sequence.

With an equal distribution between Hidden Object and puzzle solving tasks, your gaming journey starts with a Hidden Object scene which will then be followed by a mini game puzzle.  Often featuring two stages, a Hidden Object location will show a scene based around various home and landscape scenes.  They will be populated by a variety of objects including certain household pets.

Each scene will also feature a couple of concealed areas, identified by sparkles, which can be zoomed into to locate certain items.  Accompanying the displayed scene will be a list of the items you need to locate.  These items could be displayed as Text, Images, Groups and Types of items or silhouettes.  You will also be informed as to the number of pets (dogs and cats) present in the scene.  After finding all the required list of items in the scene, you will be rewarded with stars and points with the amount depending upon your performance.

Your action will then switch to puzzle solving format.  As the game has access to a variety of puzzle types, you never know what to expect until its arrives  A puzzle will come with a skip option just in case the problem proves too difficulty for you to solve.  Among the puzzle types available you could be asked to find pairs from an arrangement of face down cards in a layout, rearrange the numbers in their correct places on a clock face using a set method or assembling the parts of a bicycle. 

Other puzzle types could involve recreating an image by rotating section of the scene or swapping sliding strips.  You might need to spot difference between two side-by-side scenes, match symbols with appropriate prompts, recreate symbols using set shapes and setting a route for a car to follow over numbered cells in order to complete a journey.  Points will be awarded for each puzzle completed.

All the points earned during both stages of the game can be used to purchase different items of furniture from a built-in shop feature.  The furniture can then be used to decorate an apartment scene to help develop your designer ability.  You will also have access to the product's Collector Edition bonus.  This will consist of eight extra levels and associated puzzles plus a further 12 addition puzzles, music player and wallpaper items.
