If you believe in ghosts and the presence of mischievous spirits then you could be the ideal person to deal with this next title.  In its usual  fashion to celebrate the arrival of Halloween SIA LGT has released the latest version of its Match 3 offering of the building clearing Cursed House title.  Now up to version 15, this Match 3 title challenges you to complete 100 levels of house clearing action as you remove the wandering spirits that have taken up residence in the building occupying your computer system and screen.

With the usual options to adjust volume levels. you can opt to play this title in a choice of Relaxed, Time restricted or Move limited modes.  Whichever mode you choose, the main object of each level of the game will be to collect ten gold coins from the grid.  For some reason ghosts and the like are not willing to remain in building that do not have a gold coin store.  While some of the gold coins may be initially visible at the start of the clearance operation, you will need to find others that will need to be unearth by the removal of other tiles filling the grid area.

To get to these coins, you will need to remove tiles by the usual methods prevalent in Match 3 game play.  Often the tiles present in a Ghost House will contain facilities which only become evident once they have been removed.  As a result you might need to deal with issues regarding Ghost tiles that seem to ignore normal rules regarding removal, set up a Ray of Life feature, open a Trunk, work with electricity and fire a cannon plus deal with Runestones plus create Rocket ships and bombs to perform your bidding.

New to this version of the game is the use of a chain.  This element has an open link which you will need to manipulate this link into positions to accept gifts.  Moving the chain link will need the creation of specific groups of tile to ensure it is in the correct position to receive its gift.

Every so often you will be permitted a break from Match 3 action with the appearance of a mini puzzle game.  This diversion could include directing a bug to push diamonds into the correct storage slots.  Other puzzle types might require spotting the difference between side-by-side scenes or completing the removal of a Solitaire hand of card.

Cursed House 15 is available for downloading from Gamehouse.com where it is priced at $9.99.  It is also available from Big Fish Games priced at £7.59.  The game requires a 1.6 GHz processor with 1024MB of RAM and 145MB of hard disk space running Windows 7 and later.
