For its next excursion into the environment of Adventure Mosaics, DIGIMIGHT has set its sights on the Venice Carnival. As usual with the earlier titles from this particular series, you accompany Ellie as she visits a number of locations. This journey of tourist type travel will be achieved by completing levels consisting of nonogram game play spiced up with the building up of a scene made up of various elements that come as rewards for making progress.
With Ellie, the intrepid tourist, taking the lead, your sightseeing tour begins with “Morning in Italy”. You then progress through locations that include “Majestic Coliseum”, “The Leaning Tower of Pisa” and “Amalfi Coast” before reaching a conclusion with “The Carnival of Venice”. Each of the different locations will feature 30 levels of nonogram style of game play. Using them you can create mosaics from the nonogram grid that form the aspect of play in this title.
DIGIMIGHT uses a fairly standard form of nonogram game play. Each level will be made up of a grid formed of rows and columns that feature numeric clues arranged along the top and down the left side of the grid. The grid will consist of six levels with each one represented by one of the six colours DIGIMIGHT uses for its colour palette. Your tasks will be to decide which cells in the grid are coloured in using the appropriate colour. Deciding which cells should be filled in and which should be left blank require following the basic nonogram rules regarding following the supplied number clues and leaving a blank space between numbers if more than one are present.
Every so often the completion of a nonogram grid in this game will bring the reward of an element. This supply of elements can be used to slot together and build up a scene. You can either create this scene gradually as you collect the elements or wait until you have a complete collection and produce the scene. The creation of this scene will allow you to move on to the next location in the game.
This title can be downloaded from Gamehouse.com where it is priced at $9.99. The game requires a 1.0 GHz processor with 512MB of RAM and 231MB of hard disk space running Windows 7 and later.
