click image to enlargeThe Photo Creator Mini Cam measures 4.5x3x1.5cm, apart from 1.5cm lens. That increases this measurement to 3cm. The viewing lens on the rear is 2.5x1.3cm. Its weight with the attached key chain is only 24 grams.
Taking photos at a distance is fine as is anything else apart from very close around a foot away where my photo of a keyboard was somewhat blurred but that could be down to my hand shaking a little as the units controls were not meant for an adult.
The base has two connections one for the 50cm long USB 'C' to USB lead to charge the internal battery and the other for the supplied 1GB mini USB storage card.
There is a 29x21cm double sided Getting Started sheet folded into four with each of the last seven divided into separate languages English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch and Italian.
The one thing not provided is a Mini USB to USB adapter so that you can view the photos and videos when it is removed from the unit. Both photos and videos can be viewed on the 2.5x1.3cm screen on the camera.
I try to attend a jazz gig once a week and I took this with me as well as my normal camera and while some people giggled at me taking images and even a video I doubt they would when I got home and removed the Mini USB stick to see the output and for a unit costing so little, I think and young child would love it. Available in several colours and even some different shapes.
