With the relaxation of various Lockdown conditions, Currys PC World has launched its biggest ever clearance sale with hundred of products and categories benefitting from up to 60% off the original price.  These price-reduced products will cover brands from such well-known names as Apple, Kenwood, Tassimo, Philips and Samsung.

The goods will be available across Currys.co.uk and the Currys PC World app plus they will also be available from the company's 131 open stores.  These stores will conform vigorously to social distancing and hygiene measures.  Customers will be able to take advantage of Currys PC World customer-centric features with these cut-price offerings.  You can make use of the company's contactless order and collect model, providing a zero-contact way to purchase the tech they need and collect it from their local store.

As well as the initial batch of reduced priced offerings, Currys PC World will be added to them on a weekly basis.  This updating process will occur throughout June, July and August.  Customers will be able to select from products such as TV's, fridges, cameras, laptops and fitness tech to help remove the pounds put on during Lockdown seclusion.

To ensure the safety and well-being of staff and customers alike, Currys PC World has instigated various initiatives and restrictions.  Prior to returning to work, staff will have received specialised briefing and training to ensure the upmost safety for fellow colleagues and customers.  Currys PC World will only allow a set number of customers in store at one time making use a one-way system with clear floor markings to ensure the 2M apart restriction is kept to by those within the store. 

Safety screens have been installed at checkouts and service desks with an encouragement for customers to use contactless payments if at all possible when purchasing goods and services.  Clearly visible instructions will ask customers to ask staff members for a trial rather than trying out the device for themselves.  Increased and more regular cleaning will take place to ensure a safe environment.
