Wild West Mahjong

The cartoon style cat returns with this next title from Best Place. 

Entitled "Cat Jong 5 - this offering changes its environment location from that of the old-world featured in earlier titles, featuring the same feline host, to that of the Wild West  often featured in cowboy films of the early cinematic age.  While the location of the action may have changed, other aspects of the game play remain the same.  Under the watchful gaze of the cartoon-style cat, dressed appropriately for the location setting, the cat guides you through game play based on a mini Mah-Jong concept with some additional "bells and whistles".

Taking up a centralised screen position will be a layout of Mah Jong style tiles.  These tiles will be embossed with symbols appropriate to the game's location.  The Wild West scenario, featuring the Mah Jong layout. will gradually expand in size as you progress further through its 200 levels. 

The Mah Jong layout will be sandwiched between the cat guide on the left and four power-ups on the right.  These power-ups will need to be activated through your rate of progress, before being usable.  Positioned over the top of the layout will be a panel, initially having seven spaces, whose function will be to provide a temporary storage area that can hold tiles not immediately required.

The object of the game is to remove the tiles from the layout.  Once removed, the tiles will be stored in the storage panel until a group of three similar tiles is created.  Once this happens then the group will disappear thus leaving more room for other tiles to take up the space made available.  However a problem will arise if the panel's spaces are filled up by tiles that are not in groups of three and you will need to start the level again or pay a fine to continue playing.

At the conclusion of each level, you will receive a reward in the form of gems and coins.  You can hold on to the reward or use it to start rebuilding the Wild West scenario.  As you progress through the levels, special events will be introduced into the game.  These events will require you to complete tasks in order to get a bonus award.  You will also have  access to a Spin Wheel feature that could increase your reward and bonus.
