ADX Firestorm: H04

Having recently told you about the Firestorm: H01 here a larger and more complex unit that connects using USB rather than audio sockets. There is a control wheel and microphone control 60cm along the two metre connection lead.

The headset itself is larger and certainly an over ear offering. There is 3cm of expansion in each of the side arms so when fully expanded the distance from the base of the ear cups to the underside of the padded headband is twenty centimetres. If the arms are parallel then there is seventeen centimetres between each earpiece.

This is described as a ‘Virtual 7.1 Gaming Headset’ and there is software and a manual online if required.

Unlike The Firestorm: H01 that has a detachable microphone, this unit is fixed but the unit is bendable to get exactly the right position for you.

The microphone is turned off by a three second push on the upper button on the right side of the watch like in cable control. The left side has a rotary control to get the volume level just right.

Using it in a non-gaming environment I found more than enough volume for all needs.

To test the microphone I set up a Skype call and had no complaints from the receiver.

The packaging is rather different being only card that holds the headset firmly in place in the box but still allows it to be replaced if required.

ADX is committed to reducing plastic waste. Our mission is to bring customers amazing PC gaming accessories without harming the planet. We’ve already removed plastic print finishes and reduced 70,000 plastic bags, 50,000 cable ties and 20,000 plastic hooks across the range.”

The downloadable software lets you make full use of all the channels which your game may or may not utilise.

As a headset playing music you get a good sound even without all the extras given by the software. The earpieces sat comfortably over my ears removing all external sounds, the braided two metre lead was long enough and it does not get tangled even when it is repeatedly picked up and put down again.

A nice headset and the added joy of not being difficult to set up or for you to worry about which audio sockets you have as it is USB.

Like The Firestorm: H01 you also get a six month free Spotify subscription included.

The Firestorm: H04 is available from Currys for £27.99

Persons appreciate shopping for amazing, appealing, fascinating and from time to time attractive aromas for them selves and pertaining to others. This can be executed conveniently along with inexpensively in an on-line perfume shop. Musandam Trip From Dubai
