Another attempt to gain a wish by ascending the 100 levels of a Tower.

"Kasual Kode","Tower of Wishes 4 - Shaka"Kasual Kode continues its delve into the world based on the Tower of Wishes.  With this latest version 4 of the Tower of Wishes, sub-titled Shaka, the location of the Tower has moved to the African Continent where it will deliver a wish to whoever ascends the legendary Tower's one hundred levels.  The wish in this case will be used to aid the Kingdom of Itanga which is being threatened by invaders and the supernatural drought affecting the country.  Only your ability at tackling Match 3 game play and mini game puzzle solving can help ease the problems facing the Kingdom of Itanga.

The greater majority of the levels making up the tower will favour a multi-sectioned grids filled with content in the form of different types of tiles.  In order to complete these Match 3 levels, you will need to clear the various areas of the grid.  This task can be achieved by removing tiles either by swapping two adjacent tiles to create a group of three or more similar tiles.  The group will then be removed.  You can also make use of various destructive tools, such as bombs and other explosive devices that become available to clear away areas.

As well as clearing away tiles, you will need to gain access entry to other sections making up the grid.  Often entry to these sections will be blocked by barriers or other types of blockage.  A favourite method will be a lock which can only be removed by the use of keys.  You need to lower keys to the base of the grid before they can be retrieved and used to unlock a padlock.

Assistance in clearing tiles and lowering keys can sometimes be achieved by the use of special tiles such as Lever switches, Fire source and Dart throwers plus a tile that can clear a row or column when used.  These tiles appears from time-to-time during the normal progress of the game.  You will also have access to power-up tools that provide a Hint for the next area to attack, a hammer to remove a single tile and a shuffle option.

At various levels of the Tower, the Match 3 grid aspect will be replaced by a different type of mini game puzzle.  You could be asked to find objects from a Hidden Object scene or complete a Jigsaw of a particular scene.  Other types of puzzles could involve releasing a tile from a blocked area or clear a Solitaire layout in order to collect gold cards.

Linking together the various levels of the Tower and the fight to restore the Kingdom of Itanga, will be various cut-scenes that advance the story line.  These cut-scenes will feature members of the Itanga tribe such as King Vusumuzi, Queen Thandiwe, Prince Nkululeke and Advisor Sibusise as they relate to the current situation.
