Chillow Pillow
In my introduction I have suggested both this and the item above can be used in the garden but there is no reason why this one cannot be used in the bedroom.
When it is hot I certainly often feel that my pillow loses it's cool, I tend to turn it over but the other side soon warns up and often to the point where sleeping is difficult.
Chillow Pillow is just smaller in width and length than a standard pillow case. It comes rolled in a box and full instructions are provided.
Basically get a funnel and insert it to the filler hole and add the stated amount of warm water and then leave to cool, this action will give the unit a rather crinkled effect, this should happen, smooth out the crinkles and for most this is all you will need to do. On those hot nights - or days in the garden - you can insert it into your pillowcase or even rest your head direct on the Chillow Pillow.
Should you really suffer from a hot rather than warm head then an hour or so in the fridge should chill the Chillow Pillow so even those can have a really cool effect on their head.
